When should I book my mover?
Two weeks to a month for an average move. We ask you to give us as much notice as possible.
Will you ship my car?
Most of the time we can take your car(s), truck or SUV with the rest of your belongings in the trailer or container. We provide alternative shipping as required.
Are items insured if pack myself?
Valuation coverage will not pay out on goods packed by their owner, unless the exterior of the box is damaged. For coverage Wiebe's Movers pack, move and unpack.
Can I leave my clothes in their drawers?
For coverage we ask that all drawers are emptied (china cabinet, file cabinet, dressers, etc.) and empty drawers left in the cabinet.
Do boxes need to be sealed?
Yes, please tape bottom of box and top of box and write which room it belongs to on the tape.
Do you disassemble and reassemble beds?
Yes, basic headboard, footboard and rails. We also disassemble and reassemble mirrors from dressers and legs from dining room/ kitchen tables.
Do deepfreezes have to be emptied?
Yes, place contents into small boxes and leave in your freezer for easy removal if required.
